Job Description
Resource will work on a scrum team to deliver enhancements to the application and will participate in story grooming and sizing, estimation, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. The resource will deliver new functionality according to business requirements, create unit tests, and fix defects.
Additional work will be assigned as needed. All work will be completed at offices during normal business hours. Travel is not expected. Good communication skills and the ability to work well independently or in a team setting are required.

Typical Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Maintains and modifies complex systems and/or designs and develops integrated subsystems. Recommends optimum approach, advises on alternatives and on the implications of new or revised data processing systems.

  11. Stays current with technological developments in software development, systems and application support, as well as management and user support practices. This includes reading publications, participating in mail lists and online communities, attending conferences and workshops, and maintaining relationships with colleagues at other colleges and universities.

Minimum Qualifications

Associate’s degree in a computer-related discipline required. Relevant experience may substitute for the degree requirement on a year-for-year basis. Two years of Web Analyst experience to include lead responsibilities.

Knowledge of: Web development and/or relational database management including multiple operating systems, compilers, security procedures, and disaster recovery methodologies; all phases of systems analysis techniques, concepts and methods; available system software, hardware and the regulations, structure, techniques and management practices of one or more subject matter areas.
